User Accounts

1. You can only make one account at a time on Monte-Pulciano. If your player dies, you can make a new account.
2. Your account will be removed and banned if it is found to be using any plug-in or program to auto refresh the game pages in Monte-Pulciano. We will be monitoring for such plug-ins and programs.
3. Do not send, buy or sell anything including points, money, messages, properties (casinos, bullet factories, etc) or items to a account that has the same IP address as yours.
4. If you have more than one person who uses your computer to play Monte-Pulciano you must let an Admin know stating names of all accounts in family and then they will add it to the list of family accounts. However, Basic rules still apply such as no sending cash, points, No Oc’s Together E.T.C.
5. You cannot gamble at a casino where the owner has the same IP address as yours.
6. Your username can not be similar to the username of a staff member.
7. Your username can not contain vulgar language.
8. If you advertise another website or game your account will be Modkilled.
9. User accounts can be removed at anytime for breaking the rules.
10. Any rule breaking will result with a warning and then if another rule is broke a Modkill.
11. You cannot abuse any member of staff this will result in warning or Modkill if already received a warning.
12. You cannot Spam the forums unless it is part of a game and you are allowed to so do. This will result in a muting.
13. You cannot advertise or ask for a Organised Crime in The General or Entertainer Forum.
14. You cannot Advertise this game illegally on any other games.
15. You may not misuse any bugs there may be in the game, if you find a bug tell a member of staff.
16. Do not Abuse any other players because of their race or religion.
17. Do not post religious or racial or any kind of name calling remarks anywhere on the game.
18. User accounts can be removed at anytime for breaking the rules

Respect

1. Please be respectful of other players.
2. Do not send threats to other players.
3. Do not swear in the forums.
4. Do not post indecent pictures.

Game Play

1. Players can only own 2 properties at a time. One Bullet Factory and one Casino.
2. A Crew may only own 2 Bullet Factories, any other Bullet Factories will be taken.

Family Plan Accounts

1. Do not send money to another player in your family plan account
2. Do not send points to another player in your family plan account
3. Do not send properties (casinos, bullet factories, etc) to another player in your family plan account
4. You can not do an OC with someone on your family plan
5. You can not be in the same crew with someone on your family plan

Each Player will receive one hour from their next log on to do as a Member of staff asks them after this they will have their property removed.
