Monte Pulciano Game Guide
Welcome to the Monte-Pulciano.net quick help mafia guide. This is for new players who are un-sure about how the game works, but know enough about online mafia games to get the basic drift. This guide will contain less information then the original FAQ. It will be much shorter, and much easier to read. Please take the time to read it, it will provide a good head start for you.
Where To Begin:
Review the options in the left menu and also read through this help guide. If you have more questions, please read the FAQ page or ask someone for help by posting a message in the forums or talking to an administrator.Ranking:
In Monte-Pulciano, you will start of as a minor. Organized Crimes, Grand theft Autos, crimes, and chases will all help you rank. They also give you the most to least experience per one in that order. One quick tip to ranking is to use the bootlegging feature. Building warehouses, trucks, and stills all give you vital experience points. Upgrading each one of these can give you many points too. These give up to 10% of the points needed toward your new rank! This is the easiest way to rank, but it will cost a lot. I suggest buying everything that is cheap, quantity not quality on this one. Even if you will not use the bootlegging feature very often, do take the time to buy them.Making Money:
Like in most games, money is one of the main sought out goals of the game. Money can get you a long way in the game and can be used for many things. Money can be slowly obtained by doing such things as crimes, organized crimes, chases, and grand theft autos. But there are many more ways that can obtain you money quicker and more efficiently. First of all points are the basic way to make money. You can buy points with real cash and either sell them to players or use the points feature to get money. I suggest spending a little real cash. Some people say they don't have the money, well it doesn't have to be much. Instead of eating out one night, save that $15 and buy points.;) Are you a picture maker and wanting a quick buck? Well many people will pay quite good amounts for a good looking picture. This doesn't mean go to google and take a picture, then write someone's name on it. This means design a picture, put time in to it, and take pride in your work. This can make you tons of money, get your name famous, and get you tons of respect. Casinos and bullet factories are the next easiest way to make money. I suggest buying a blackjack or roulette if you want to attract a lot of betters, and a lot of potential profit. It will however, be a risk. Seeing as people can win money, you will need to have enough on hand to cover a bet, and just the right max.;) I would stay away from owning race tracks, they do not make money, and they in fact lose a lot. Dice is a safer casino then race track but it's un-consistent. Some people make a fortune; some people lose it very quickly.Property Prices:
Bullet Factory - $10,000,000Speakeasy - $2,500,000
Roulette - $5,000,000
Dice - $5,000,000
Crews:
Crews can be very important on the game. They can help you out a lot and they can provide a lot. I suggest finding a crew with an experienced leader. There are some tips to looking for a good crew.;) -First of all, is the leader a respected and strong member of the game? If so, then most likely his crew will be good. -Next, how does the crew appear? By this I mean, does the crew have a legit name? Is it something professional or is it something amusing and playful like "The Scary Ninjas" or something. Also, does the crew profile look nice and tidy? Or does it look bad? Usually a good crew will conduct themselves properly and make a good image for themselves, the first way to do that is name and profile. -Lastly, whom are they recruiting? Does it say "If you have $15,000,000 you can join!" Or does it say "Recruiting everyone" These most likely are not the best crews to join. If they recruit everyone this means they are just looking for a lot of members. If you have 100 members in a crew, you may think it's strong, but how many of those would be loyal members? And how can the crew boss offer serious protection to 100 people? If the crew recruits only experienced players, and people who are good in the game, it may be much stronger. They will pride themselves on helping each other, it's easier to help 20 people then to help 100.;)Missions:
Missions can give you a lot of money and bullets. This is one of the first things you should do to start off. First of all, get $20,000 by doing one chase, one Organized Crime, or even a couple crimes. Then travel to England on the 4 hour flight. When you arrive in England try to bust MrPresident. This will take about 20 tries, so be patient. It may not happen your first day, but it'll happen shortly. For this mission you will receive a cash reward, less then $1,000,000 most likely. The second mission, you will need to kill ChrisStrydes. Search him for 4 hours, then travel to the country where he will be. All you have to do is shoot 10,000 bullets at him in one attempt and he'll die. You will receive up to about $6,000,000 in this mission and up to over 10,000 bullets. The third mission in my opinion, is not really worth doing. It takes too much time and you don't make back the money you spend. If you already have a warehouse in the needed locations then maybe it's worth doing. You'll have to produce 200 units of wine (I believe) and ship them somewhere. You then need to sell them. It's quite simple but not very rewarding. Players can actually make their own missions and submit them to be added to the game!Respect:
Getting respect will get you protection, friends, and will most likely shorten your chances of dieing. People will not look to kill you because they don't like you or because they are jealous of you. That is, not if you help out and be polite, fun, but at the same time, a strong individual;) You don't have to give away money and points to be respected like most people think. Getting friends and their respect that way is not truly what you are looking for. Those individuals are in it for themselves, to try and make money easy, not because they necessarily like you. The easiest way to get respect is to be helpful in forums. If someone asks a stupid but serious question, don't make fun of them. Simply help them out, answer the question, and give them some tips. Also congratulate people if they say they ranked up, made a nice bet on a casino, had a birthday, etc. Just have fun and it'll come with respect.Additional information:
Here is a list of extra stuff that might be helpful to know.- For every promotion you will receive 1,500 bullets. Stock these
up, they can be used later.
- Regarding buying guns and protection: I suggest buying protection once you get the money. Protection adds a large number of extra bullets needed to kill you. You would be surprised how much they help. Buy these ASAP.;) On guns, there is no need to buy a gun until you are ready to shoot someone. You do not need to train the gun, so you can quickly get the best gun as long as you have the funds. I again would advise you not to purchase MP5 or minigun until it's needed.;)
